제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 Play Alone Lab(이하 “회사”)이 제공하는 똥글똥글 애플리케이션 및 관련 서비스(이하 “서비스”)의 이용조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.

제2조 (정의)

  1. “서비스”란 회사가 제공하는 똥글똥글 애플리케이션 및 관련 웹사이트, API 등을 의미합니다.
  2. “이용자”란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 개인을 의미합니다.
  3. “계정”이란 이용자가 소셜 로그인을 통해 생성한 Supabase 사용자 계정을 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

  1. 본 약관은 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 모든 이용자에 대하여 그 효력을 발생합니다.
  2. 회사는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 앱 내 공지 또는 이메일 등으로 고지합니다.

제4조 (이용계약의 체결)

  1. 서비스 이용계약은 이용자가 본 약관에 동의한 후 소셜 로그인(OAuth)을 통해 계정을 생성함으로써 성립합니다.
  2. 회사는 기술적·운영상 필요에 따라 일부 계정 생성을 제한할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (서비스 이용)

  1. 이용자는 회사가 정한 절차에 따라 똥글, 댓글 작성 등 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
  2. 서비스 내에 작성된 콘텐츠는 수정·삭제가 불가능하며, 이는 서비스의 본질적 특성입니다.
  3. 이용자는 서비스를 통해 법령에 위배되거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

제6조 (개인정보 보호)

이용자의 개인정보는 개인정보 처리방침에 따릅니다.

제7조 (계약 해지 및 회원탈퇴)

  1. 이용자는 언제든지 계정 삭제(회원탈퇴)를 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 계정을 삭제합니다.
  2. 계정 삭제 시 작성된 똥글 및 댓글은 복구 불가하게 처리됩니다.

제8조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)

  1. 회사는 서비스 제공을 위하여 장비 보수·점검 등 불가피한 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 중단할 수 있습니다.
  2. 회사는 서비스의 변경, 중단으로 발생하는 문제에 대하여 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제9조 (유료 서비스)

  1. 회사는 일부 기능을 유료 구독으로 제공할 수 있으며, 결제·해지·환불 조건은 관련 법령 및 각 앱스토어 정책에 따릅니다.
  2. 무료 체험 제공 기간은 회사 정책에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.

제10조 (책임 제한)

  1. 회사는 천재지변, 불가항력적 사유로 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  2. 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대하여 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Terms of Service (TOS)

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the use of the Ddongle application and related services (“Service”) provided by Play Alone Lab (“Company”), including the rights and obligations of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. “Service” means the Ddongle application, related websites, API, etc. provided by the Company.
  2. “User” means an individual who agrees to these terms and uses the Service.
  3. “Account” means the user account created via social login (Supabase).

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment)

  1. These terms apply to all users of the Service.
  2. The Company may amend the terms within the bounds of applicable law; users will be notified via in-app notice or email.

Article 4 (Conclusion of Agreement)

  1. The agreement is formed when the user agrees to these terms and creates an account via social login (OAuth).
  2. The Company may restrict account creation for technical or operational reasons.

Article 5 (Use of Service)

  1. Users may use the Service (e.g. posting ddongles, comments) in accordance with the Company’s procedures.
  2. Content posted in the Service cannot be edited or deleted; this is an inherent characteristic of the Service.
  3. Users must not use the Service in ways that violate law or infringe others’ rights.

Article 6 (Privacy)

User personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (Termination and Account Deletion)

  1. Users may request account deletion at any time; the Company will delete the account without delay.
  2. Upon deletion, posted ddongles and comments cannot be recovered.

Article 8 (Changes and Suspension of Service)

  1. The Company may suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance or other unavoidable reasons.
  2. The Company is not liable for issues arising from such changes or suspension, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 9 (Paid Service)

  1. Some features may be offered as paid subscriptions; payment, cancellation, and refunds follow applicable law and app store policies.
  2. Free trial periods may be changed at the Company’s discretion.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Company is not liable when the Service cannot be provided due to force majeure.
  2. The Company is not liable for service disruption due to the user’s fault.

第1条（目的）

本規約は、Play Alone Lab（以下「当社」）が提供する똥글똥글（トングルトングル）アプリおよび関連サービス（以下「サービス」）の利用条件、当社と利用者の権利・義務・責任を定めます。

第2条（定義）

  1. 「サービス」とは、当社が提供する똥글똥글アプリおよび関連ウェブサイト・API等をいいます。
  2. 「利用者」とは、本規約に同意しサービスを利用する個人をいいます。
  3. 「アカウント」とは、ソーシャルログインにより作成したSupabaseユーザーアカウントをいいます。

第3条（規約の効力・変更）

  1. 本規約は、サービスを利用するすべての利用者に適用されます。
  2. 当社は、関連法令に反しない範囲で本規約を改定でき、改定時はアプリ内通知またはメール等で告知します。

第4条（利用契約の成立）

  1. サービス利用契約は、利用者が本規約に同意し、ソーシャルログイン（OAuth）でアカウントを作成した時に成立します。
  2. 当社は、技術上・運営上の必要に応じ、アカウント作成を制限することがあります。

第5条（サービスの利用）

  1. 利用者は、当社の定める手順に従い、똥글・コメントの投稿等のサービスを利用できます。
  2. サービス内に投稿されたコンテンツは編集・削除できません。これはサービスの本質的な特性です。
  3. 利用者は、法令に反する行為や他人の権利を侵害する行為をしてはなりません。

第6条（個人情報）

利用者の個人情報は、個人情報処理方針に従います。

第7条（解約・退会）

  1. 利用者はいつでもアカウント削除（退会）を請求でき、当社は遅滞なく削除します。
  2. アカウント削除時、投稿した똥글・コメントは復元できず削除されます。

第8条（サービスの変更・停止）

  1. 当社は、保守点検等やむを得ない場合、サービスの全部または一部を停止することがあります。
  2. サービスの変更・停止により生じた問題について、当社は故意または重過失がない限り責任を負いません。

第9条（有料サービス）

  1. 一部機能は有料購読で提供される場合があり、支払・解約・返金は関連法令および各アプリストア方針に従います。
  2. 無料体験期間は当社方針により変更される場合があります。

第10条（責任制限）

  1. 天災その他不可抗力によりサービスを提供できない場合、当社は責任を負いません。
  2. 利用者の責めに帰すべき事由による利用障害について、当社は責任を負いません。
